Escalade vertigineuse sur une arête du massif de l’Alpstein

Ce grimpeur a filmé son arrivée sur la crête du Schäfler, une montagne suisse vertigineuse, située à 2 000 mètres d’altitude dans le massif de l’Alpstein.

Si vous avez le vertige, passez votre tour. La vidéo dévoilée par l’aventurier et photographe américain Quin Schrock fait froid dans le dos. Ce dernier s’est retrouvé sur la crête du Schäfler en Suisse à presque 2 000 mètres d’altitude dans le massif de l’Alpstein. Le passage est très étroit et l’erreur interdite.

Did I do this for the gram? Honestly, I’m not really sure. Maybe. . . probably. All I know is that I’m damn glad I DID IT! Because these photos don’t just happen. No one ever teleports to the summit, or wakes up in the middle of a backpacking trip. Never lose the kid in you 😊🖐. Playing around on my hometurf ridge while guiding @everchanginghorizon & @jess.wandering on the Altenalptürme. When Quin asked me to stand up for a photo, I thought well it’s not the way to climb the ridge and somehow nonsense, but maybe it’s fun. So I stood up and immediately got this feeling of a deep dive in a yoga session…where is the difference between standing on a 10cm platform with 400m air below or on flat ground? There is no difference it’s just in our head.
